Product Information:

  • All items are genuine 18K gold.
  • All pieces are sold per piece, not per gram.
  • Pricing reflects design and craftsmanship, not weight alone.
  • Pawn or resale values may vary depending on third-party evaluation and market conditions.
  • Minor variations in finish or weight may occur due to handcrafted production.

Non-Refundable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Expected gram or weight comparison
  • Pawn value expectations
  • “Not what I expected” concerns
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage after use

Please review product details carefully before checkout.

Eligible Returns (Within 7 Days of Receipt)

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Item arrived damaged
  • Manufacturing defect is present
  • Proven not to be 18K gold

Requirements:

  • Full unboxing video (from sealed package to item reveal)
  • Item unused and in original condition
  • Complete original packaging
  • Request filed within 7 days of receipt

Refund Only Policy Before Shipout, accepted only if: 

  • Seller declares item as Out of Stock

      Expect the refund to be sent at least 7 banking days .

All returns are subject to inspection and approval.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.
  3. We will send you the designated return address and shipping instructions.

⚠️ Please do NOT send the item back on your own without prior approval.

Returns sent without official instructions or without following our proper return process will be automatically deemed ineligible.

Refund Processing

Refund timelines:

  • Credit/Debit Card: at least 7 business days (depending on issuing bank)
  • E-wallet / Online Payment: at least 7 business days

Processing times depend on payment providers and issuing banks.

Live Selling Purchases

All disclosures made during live selling apply. Items are sold per piece, not per gram.
