Return and Exchange

Sparkles only allow exchanges, no returns or refunds will be accepted once the order has been paid for. 

To be eligible for an Exchange, the customer must prove that the received items were wrong / broken UPON delivery. A full AND clear video must be taken from the opening of the parcel to actual inspection of the items. It must be clear and visible that the item is wrong/ broken in the video. 

Shipping Policy

We are a small business and thus we have a small team. Some of the orders are shipped out within 3 days, while others are shipped in 10 days. We cannot guarantee an exact time frame. Please know that we are working hard towards this and eventually have a better and faster delivery time. If a customer requests for early delivery and his/her request cannot be accommodated, no refunds will be given. Thank you for supporting a small business like ours.
