Sparkles only allow exchanges, no returns or refunds will be accepted once the order has been paid for.
To be eligible for an Exchange, the customer must prove that the received items were wrong / broken UPON delivery. A full AND clear video must be taken from the opening of the parcel to actual inspection of the items. It must be clear and visible that the item is wrong/ broken in the video.
Shipping Policy
We are a small business and thus we have a small team. Some of the orders are shipped out within 3 days, while others are shipped in 10 days. We cannot guarantee an exact time frame. Ampaws - not for daily use since its hollow. Do not wear on a daily basis, while sleeping, while taking a bath. Use on occasions only like PTA, Weddings, Reunion etc.
